Sunday, May 1, 2022 - Drunk with roast sausages and onions. Deep, intense, dark ruby. Stewed plums and black cherries with spices and hints of pepper. Very nicely integrated tannins giving a rich and smooth, well balanced feel. In a great place now. Still just as good after a week in opened bottle.
