Saturday, June 13, 2020 - Very golden yellow in color that was disconcerting. Not spoiled, however, on either nose or palate. Drank decently despite absence of fruit. Mostly minerals of limestone and crushed rocks. Slightly bitter and earthy. My drinking partner liked it better than me, but we did kill the bottle.
