Wednesday, July 7, 2021 - Decanted 3hr. Deep intense nose with blackcurrant, pencil shavings, a little aniseed, thyme. Palate is full, rich, round - medium fine tannins, great acidity balance. Clear herbs on palate - rosemary, thyme - lots of blackcurrant. Feels a little tight still and could certainly age well from here. Delightful. Real class. Drink now-2035.
