Thursday, February 8, 2007 - Wine Club BYO (The Grapevine, Salem, MA): Tasted blind. Purple opaque. Blast of dark fruits on the nose. On the palate, chunky blackberry, raspberry, licorice, pepper with enough age to subdue the heat. Well-balanced. Not my style but very well-crafted and yummy.
