Saturday, July 7, 2007 - Opaque purple. Huge aromas of lackberry liqueur, charry oak, and Bailey's. Thick and sweet, though not cloyingly so, and presented on a velvety surface of extract and glycerin. Evolving at a geologic pace, but at its current phase it's still an excellent cap to a grillfest.
