The full cornucopia of reds and blacks is here - and there are the hints of evolution in there too - some very mild tea, tar, cedary elements as well. This is a monster wine still at this stage, and I think the fruit will drive this for another 5-10 years. You could call this a late harvest Shiraz or a near-Port. To some this might be too much - as there is a wickedly full throttle fruit profile - but it's not overly alcoholic, or pruney or sappy - no cooked elements, or anything. It's fresh and jammy all the way.
