Saturday, December 17, 2011 - smooth, pure, floral, light, airy, beautiful!! Lots of light fruit, strawberry, backbone acidity that is perfectly in balance. Phenomenal champagne! Everything a champagne should be. Pure pleasure and hedonism in a bottle. Extremely enjoyable. Will be amazingly nuanced in 5 more years.
