Wednesday, December 5, 2012 - A year and half since we last tried this and still it felt on the young side although not as young and sharp as a Dom Perignon would be. Fine and elegant on the nose with spices addign a nice layer of complexity. On the palate it is still young and although the sweetness that is inherent in this champagne helps to add a fwd element to it it is still u feel the youth. Very enjoyable still and a wonderfull champagne with lots of fine future ahead!
