Wednesday, June 6, 2018 - I was seated next to Blake and told him I could smell the aroma coming even from the first small pour. Playful dance of green apple and lemon with a touch of stone/flint. Perfect balance of fruit and acidity. Ethereal. The fine mousse/finish just floats off the tongue but leaves persistent flavors behind.
