Thursday, October 28, 2010 - This is very refined, pithy, with a good mineral undertow and plenty of substance but not richness. Not a big or tropical Auslese. The residual sugar is quite discreet. Very neat. Perfect for an off-dry aperitif. I plan to drink most of my bottles young, though it appears balanced enough to stay the course. At less than £10 a bottle it is an absolute bargain.
