Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about 3 hours.

Dark yellow, almost gold in color, clear looking throughout. Nose of sherry, dried ginger and brandy soaked pears. Flavors of brandy soaked pears, cherry wasser and minerals. Medium to bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold. I'd drink. Drinking really well right now.
