Tuesday, February 27, 2007 - Straw color with a bit of a stainless steel look to it. Medium bodied. Orange blossom, jasmine, and notes of forest floor and pine needles on the nose. Silky mouthfeel with flavors of white chocolate, mandarin orange, coconuts and lychees. Not enough acid to balance things out perfectly, but finishes nicely.
