Sunday, August 28, 2016 - Pairing Champagnes to Black Cats (Calistoga, CA): Opened alongside five different bubbles (And five cabs)- '04 Moet rose is recognizable as rose from nose, palate and visual (even each one separately) in line with the more 'modern' solomon/pink pale color, somewhat dry (which works great for me). Remained consistent with the previous tastes floral roses and spices on nose. Great berries. I think it was the second one to 'run out' in the line of five champagnes.
The only bad thing I can note is that it was the last one in the storage. It is still getting better, so maybe I'd try getting few more (even though it won't be the release price)
93+ and maybe even more with more time.
