There’s the barest hint of honey on the palate, and ample, but balanced acidity. It’s a bit lacking in presence/sustain, so not a remarkable wine, but one that states its case in a quiet voice. Unexpected for a Dellchen wine, as that site tends towards the brash and stern, but a pleasant quaff with room for development.
