Saturday, June 10, 2006 - Served with crab and crawfish tart with remoulade a la'Ken. Better match than the Chateuneuf blanc. This was complex, fruity, elegant and in aftertaste, minerally.
This continues to be a go to white. Only slightly sweet, it seems to holf up well with most things.
