Sunday, December 18, 2005 - excellent with sashimi! It has the right amount of fresh acidity/ fruit balance. A very pure and cristaline after taste, with a hint of grapefruit peel. We had with deep fried shrimp and oysters as well and oh boy that was just so enjoyable! I've only 1 bottle left, will have to seek for others!
