Sunday, October 7, 2018 - This was a lovely drink. The nose was subtle and delicate. The palate was not very big but showed depth, mature fruit, some spice, suave texture, grip on the finish and a burnished note with slight caramel hints. Costs €105 but at least equal to much Cognac and Armagnac costing more than twice as much. Excellent.

PS from 3/15/2019: Some dregs left in the bottle showed a quite youthful fruitiness, which I didn't note before, which complemented and enlivened the more mature features. A lovely drink.
