Wednesday, January 4, 2023 - First time with this wine. Thick mouthfeel. Strong element of white grape (grapiness). Sweet finish My first reaction was to look at the label to see if it wasn’t a brut. It is but it’s odd.

Tasting the next night. Improved from the night before. The grapy exuberance is gone. Tingly acid backbone with a plush mouthfeel. Not a ton of complexity but more enjoyable. Upgrading from 85-89
