Sunday, January 26, 2020 - Slow oxed for three hours then decanted for 20 min. Lovely classic nose of black currant, black cherry and a touch of tobacco. The wine is full bodied and concentrated with just a tad of age showing. Ripe black and red fruits, with hints of tobacco and earth rolling up into a long satisfying finish. This is really terrific and can continue to age for at least a decade.
