Wednesday, May 20, 2020 - From riedel Bdx glass. From a freshly opened OWC, cellared since release.
Garnet to rim, no fading at all.
Nose of roasted earth/soil, cherry liqueur, cassis, menthol, anise, burned hazelnut.
After two hours decant this is perfectly seamless on the palate, great mouthfeel, medium+ acid, medium but integrated tanning and long finish.
Incredible, would suggest 1 hour decant for maximum pleasure.
