Tuesday, March 22, 2022 - Stewed plum, blackberry compote, cassis, with cherry blossom, leather, and chocolate.
Still signing with vibrant acidity though this brightness mutes within an hour, so would not overdo the decant. With time the deep dark fruit on the nose really dominates. Full bodied and tons of fruit on the palate, balanced with chewy earthy and leather notes. Delicious on its own, may be overpowered by a heavy meal. Drink now and over the next few years.
