Sunday, November 27, 2011 - Medium yellow with lots of viscosity. Rather shut down on the nose with lots of depth, like a black hole, endless. Dark and mysterious with notes of black tobacco, tar, roasted nuts. On the palate, it has fresh acidity and deep minerality, very direct, nicely balanced. Lots of potential. May need a decade or more to really blossom.
