Friday, January 16, 2015 - Surprisingly vibrant for a 14 year old Syrah; seemed a little hot at first, more fruitly and balanced after an overnight put aside and vacuvin'ed; moderate body with some tanning remaining. Certainly "not yet dead" and still truckin' along.
