(disgorged 10/16) excellent, vinous champagne. Dark, red-orange Not an easy sparkler, but rather a serious wine. Cherry, quinine, cranberry, strawberry, light mousse - it deepens with air. superb compliment to complex summer fare. Loved this champagne

Dinner at Ezio & Raffaella's (Turin, Italy): Nose of macerated cherries. Complex in the mouth with bright strawberry fruit. Mature and appealing long finish with a hint of yeasty mulch.

Beautiful rosé Champagne and extremely food-friendly. Was great with saucisson, parma ham, crostini and more before the meal. Round but very dry and vinous.

Naso con qualche leggera imperfezione e non totalmente pulito ma anche intrigante con quei frutttini rossi che tanto ricordano in pinot noir. Bocca golosa, bollicina delicata, ottima freschezza.

Thanksgiving Dinner wine at Bridges. Auction bottle picked up this week. Nose of pinot, yeast, bread, and peach, tiny bubbles, lovely mousse, more of the same on the palate, medium/big body, very tasty and smooth and rich with a long finish.

This is excellent; Big fresh red fruit character; This falls in the same catagory as the Pierre Peters for me - champagne that shows characters at a still wine; Very fresh; A ton of fun to drink

Can't remember many Champagnes that have conveyed such a vivid red fruited character. High toned flavours of fresh raspberries and ripe citrus fuits without much in the way of yeasty/autolytic flavours; fresh and vibrant in the mouth and turning more savoury on the back end; really nice.

First sip was abundant rose and black current nose with a fruity palate. Finish was already quite long. Then it changed more into an Alsace pinot noir. Opening up through the night, to express fully its champagne roots, dry, complex with nice artisan quality.

Very enjoyable farmer fizz. Nice mousse and bead. A lot of pinot on the nose and palate. Strawberry pink in color. A tad sweeter than prior bottle from my cellar, but nice refreshing acidity, balanced and smooth. Would gladly buy again.

An interesting farmer fizz. A lot of pinot on the nose and palate. Nice mousse and bead. A true brut, nicely dry, but balanced. Strangly funky on first sip, but quickly went away to reveal a beautiful sparkler. New producer for me, but I would buy again for my cellar at the right price. There is a $ 30.00 price disparity among retailers.

Good Champagne. It is more like drinking a red wine than drinking a Rosé Champagne. Lots of red fruit.

This is seriously like a red wine with bubbles. Very strong and powerful. Different in style versus what you expect from a Champagne Rosé.

Love this Rose. It has such depth of flavors that it almost drinks like a light dry red wine. Lovely persistence.
