Again very extraced dark fruit, a good acidity, nice tannins and dark chocolate with PnP. Unfortunately the extracted fruit and the fresh acidity faded after an hour, leaving tannins and chocolate with a hint of the fruit. It's still ok then, but not as good as it was in the beginning. I have no idea, why one bottle is good with PnP and loses fruit after one hour, while the other bottle needs one hour breathing, before it shows, what the other one shows immediatly.

This time the fruit was still present, but not so heavy and sweet anymore. The tannins were about the same and the wine had more of this dark (chocolate) taste of Negroamaro. It wasn't bad, but somehow not as good as last time (although I complaind about the fruit last time and now the fruit was better). Maybe the food pairing wasn't too good either (spicy hot chicken).

Color: dark purple. Taste: medium tannins, heavy dark sweet fruit. On the second day the tannins were a little lighter, but the fruit was still heavy and sweet. No oak. To me a little too blackberry-jammy, although it was quite nice with the cheese (Despice D'Bourgogne).
