Drank this at Blackfish to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. Great pink color with lots of tiny bubbles. On the nose, very yeasty with a light fruitiness. On tasting, it had a pleasant yeast flavor with strawberries and other berries. Another great wine from Schramsberg.

Eight wines and eight courses.... (Cafe Jorge "Mi Casa"): Light pale rose color that yielded a touch of yeast and a nice red berry like nuance, and was a very easy and elegant starter for our guests to match with an Amuse Bouche...Prosciutto draped fresh Black Mission fig bites with a light drizzle of aged Balsamic...both combined being a nice ice breaker to start the evening.

Light rose color and a pleasing effervescent nose of red berries and a light yeasty touch. A crisp touch with tiny bubbles and subtle light red berry fruit nuances made this a great pairing with smoked salmon...an all to easy drinker and a great starter bubbly.

Shared with Dylan as a starter during our four course wine dinner. Served with strawberries and bruschetta. Very easy to drink...this disappeared in no time. In fact it disappeared before I had a chance to take any notes. Nice nose of toast and red fruits. Would buy this again in a hearbeat.

Pale pink in color with tiny bubbles. Aromas of fresh bread and cherry. The body has flavors of yeast, bread with a subtle backbone of bing cherry. Lovely Rose Sparkler.

No formal note. Seems to have improved somewhat. Some confused it with grand cru Champagne.
