Golden, plenty small bubbles, clear. Yeast, biscuit, red apple, apricot and green apple nose. Biscuit, red apple, brioche, honey, straw and like peel taste. Rich and mature, developed aromas with depth and complexity. Fantastic wine.

Lovely buttery nose. Palate of ginger, lemon, pineapple and butter/brioche. Touches of almond, marzipan and cinnamon along the finish. Great depth and beginning to mature very nicely indeed. Still young - this will continue to age beautifully. I really like Clos Cazals and highly recommend.

Consistent with previous note from April. A bit more ripe pear and raspberry on the nose though, and the interplay between fruit and acidity is surprising and enjoyable.

I find this hard to like beyond a few tastes. Bruised apples/apple juice/preserved lemon are strong and monodimensional. Shortish finish. Almost tempted to say this is oxidised or subtly corked or both! Not a fan.

Pale golden, plenty medium sized bubbles, clear appearance. Red fruit, yeast bread, bread crust, red apple aroma. Red fruit, apricot, green apple, lime peel taste. Fresh fruit, mixed with autolysis complexity, elegant. A lovely drop.

PNP. Golden color. Brioche (or more like pancake batter) and pineapple on the rich nose. Medium bubbles. This is beautiful, but very yeasty.
