Medium ruby wine. Medium intensity nose of strawberries, red currant, tomato leaf, blueberries and vanilla. Dry, medium acidity, tannin, alcohol, body, intensity and finish. Palate still predominantly fruit driven strawberries, raspberry, red currant, blueberries, vanilla and tomato leaf.
Good quality. Can drink now, but has potential for aging.

Sweet strawberry, raspberry notes. Only primary notes since so young. Tannins in the finish. This should agre very nicely. Appellation has change to bourgogne cote d' or.

Remarkably concentrated intense. Makes many young New World Pinots look like soft strawberry juice.
That said, at this age I struggle to tell the difference between this and Barbera or perhaps Grenache. It’s as if it were only just bottled yesterday When in reality it’s travelled from France to Australia.

Lovely red fruit nose. Tastes rich, vibrant and certainly ripe but the structure and fine tannins are dominant. Always an impressive cuvée and in 6-12 months this could begin to be one of the best.

Disappointing. Decanted 2 hours prior and drank over another 3-4 but never really opened up. Tight dense fruit and not much nose. I was a fan of the previous vintage but will skip this.

Quite deep colour. Lifted, ripe nose. Opened up a with 5 hours of breathing. A good Bourgogne. Palate shows more ripeness and richness than its cru suggests. An outstanding wine for its rank. Could be drunk now but better in 5 years, IMO.

An impressive Bourgogne with lovely fruit. Feels like it could use another couple of years to pull in all the pieces.
