Light yellow. Spicey pear and floral nose. Quite a sweet nose but showing lots of development. Nice sweet spicey pear flavours and a blaanced but sweet finish.

Based on two bottles. Terkel nailed the note (maybe got a little pineapple and didn't get the soap aspect), but I really enjoyed this. Still holding solid, though it's drinking so well now and is not particularly acidic, so I wouldn't wait too long.

Small Châteauneuf-du-Pape dinner (Terkels appartment): Golden amber color. Very intense, floral nose with spices, peach and lots of perfume, like soap or hand creme. Fat in the mouth with exotic fruits, lychee, and spices. Good length, but lacking a bit of acidity to balance the overall.
