Since we bought this as a result of a winery tasting, it must have stood out them. Can't really recall. However, with a carbonara dinner on a very hot (105) Oregon day this was perfect. Not quite the complexity of a Friuli white (what does the reference to Verona mean anyhow) but very pleasant and refreshing. Rich Cushman is doing interesting and enjoyable things on the OR side of the Columbia River Gorge.

Friday Flights (Hollywood Wine & Espresso, Portland OR): A blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, this white blend had me thinking "Caymus Conundrum" on first sip. Nice light sweetness, smooth acidity, and bright fruit flavors. I would enjoy tasting this next to a bottle of Conundrum!
