With Kathy and Miranda at home at dinner (red snapper with cheese sauce). Straw color; fairly viscous. Nose emphasizes butterscotch. Pretty rich in the mouth, full bodied and long. Almost tastes like root beer; it's exotic. My taste buds are off. I can't enjoy this to its fullest. 5-9-15-7: 86/100.

With Kathy and Miranda at home at dinner (apple risotto). Straw color. The nose is a bit diffuse; apple/acid. A bit better on the palate; crisp, clean; seems to have plenty of oak. Only fair. 5-8-13-4: 80/100.
Tasted much better the next day after sitting uncorked overnight in the fridge. Now high 80s score.

At Ridge ATP Day in the Vineyard. Light gold. Fresh apple/melon nose. On the palate, seems to have undergone malolactic fermintation. Good, not great. 5-9-14-5: 83/100.
