Love the minerality and complexity. No hint of being nine years old, but at the same time there is some age on the palate, which brings out all sorts of secondary components. Still plenty of lift and a great soft mouth feel. Really enjoyable.

"The Aristocrats" Dinner (London): This was a beautiful wine. Lots of tropical fruit on the nose, and on the palate it combines buttery texture with good acidity and length. Oak is slightly noticeable but with the food it disappeared. Drinking very nicely now, and will be better with 2-3 years of additional cellaring.

Still has the mineralogy but fruit seems to have faded. No indication of oxidization but drink up of you got it.
