Once again.. proof that their El Dorado Rhoney whites enjoy some bottle age. This wine was delicious at release, but not super complex (don't get me wrong..it is complex but not super). Now at age 4.4 it is exploding with complexity and flavor, yet held down by smacking acidity and super well intergrated.. improved over 3 days open in Fridge.. Great with Chinese food from Mandarin Garden in Berkely, CA

Nose of tropical fruit, flowers and honey. On the palate crisp with more tropical fruit and a kernel of bitterness in the aftertaste. Expected a little more at this point but still Very Good.
