Wonderful full mouth feel with Autumn baked apple predominating, and lemon curd on the finish We enjoyed this wine with French toast waffles and fresh crisp apples. An absolute delight.

Pale yellow color; columns of tiny bubbles rising rapidly. Light, yeasty nose. Wonderfully dry, apple-y taste. We continue to like the Russian Cuvee very much for its light dryness. Though light, it stands up very well with a variety of foods. We drank this one from the end of hors d'ouvres through dessert in a meal including garlic and herb cornish hen and stuffed salmon. A versatile and festive bubbly; good value.

Nose delightfully nutty and lees-y. Palate is much cleaner (a pity, I like the nuttiness), but is Clean, excellent, though you can taste the 75% PN. I'm sort of ishing for some Pinot Meunier or some other way to add roundness in these wines, as I've recently tried Roederer's CA NV fizz and it has a bit more texture to the palate. Nonetheless, clean style, this is fine stuff, and I think I prefer it to the Brut.

Straw yellow color with lot of pin-prick bubbles with sweet yeast, apple and stone-fruit aromas. On the palate, light-medium bodied with a creamy mousse and apple, cherry, and vanilla flavors. Short finish.

Light gold, with very active bubbleage. Light citrus and stone nose. Dry and yeasty, with tones of lemons mixed throughout, good acidity, and a short to medium slightly sweet finish. I don't drink a lot of sparklers, but I liked this.

Perfectly adequate and well made, but nothing special. Much better QPRs out there. Bright fruit (green apples) with a smooth mouthfeel. Not much yeasty or creaminess, which I prefer.

I did not take notes, but it seemed astringent and stingy next to my favorite cheap Cava. Quite dry, but not in the bread-y way I prefer my bubbly to be.

Tart with a hint of bitterness. Very nice bead. This will last for quite a while.
