This has aged rather well. It's picked up some interesting secondary note while the sugar/acid balance is just right. Some of the less appealing notes from earlier bottles seem to have vanished. A hint of oxidation has crept in, which is also favourable at this point.

Still very good but this bottle seemed more sweet than the others. Did not note the citrus piece to this as the others. It needs the citrus component to balance the honey sweetness.

Started drinking the Ice Gewurtz chilled. Combination of a sweet/honey nose and some citrus. Same with the taste. Very enjoyable and became even better as it came to room temperature.

Floral honey on the nose and palate, with less sweetness than a typical dessert wine, and strong, balanced acidity, which leaves an almost citrus finish. Good, but not much complexity. Much better when slightly warmer.

Enjoyed by all, served very cold. Honey, honeysuckle, pear, and a touch of citrus/acidity. Med+ body.

Drank as the dessert wine at a dinner party. Paired very well with dark chocolate fudge. Nice sweet/honey nose and taste. Excellent.
