(Guigal Cote Rotie "La Mouline") La Mouline had a soaring nose hoisin sauce, bacon fat, violets, cinnamon and some high-octane oak. No hard edges on the palate but too sweet for me. Very well made but not my cup of tea.12/11/2005, (See more on Rockss and Fruit...)
