A Chardonnay-dominated wine with inviting aromas of peach, apricot, raspberry, fraise des bois, wild cherry, and lilac. Delicate on the palate, with vibrant red fruits and a fine, persistent mousse. The finish is long. This is a subtle, understated wine of great complexity that pairs beautifully with subtle, complex dishes.
