  (Huet Vouvray Le Mont "Demi-Sec") Drank it with some partial Huet virgins. Well they had the moelleux '89 something but for me the ultimate expression of Huet is Sec and Demi-Sec. They were converted and this wine just showed so well. Perfect everything.

  (Huet Le Mont Vouvray Demi-Sec) This was open and glorious with an amazing nose of nuts, poignant apple and pear fruit, blazing minerality and a nougat/waffle thing. Palate was bright and crisp with wonderful depth, elegance and ripe fruit. Really floats on the palate but there is powerful concentration and a sense that this has much more to say which I know it does. Long resonating finish with impressive sense of place and crunchy fruit. Brilliant wine.

  (Huet Vouvray Le Mont Demi-Sec) Class in a glass. Highly floral with slight tones of honey, lemon, pineapple, apples, minerals and earth. The nose is crsystalline clear. The balance is extraordinary. Great concentration. Light yet weaves a nice long complex trail of fruit. Apricots, candied lemons, white peaches. It has stunning purity and is holding alot on reserve . . . but it showed brillianty. I was expecting this to be more closed. It goes on and on. I will not touch my remaining bottles for 10 years . . . I hope . . .
