  (Moulin Touchais Coteaux du Layon, Loire Valley) From a tremendous year in the Loire, the 1989 offered great complexity on the nose. It was beginning to show a bit of maturity, with notes of butterscotch and roasted nuts along with honey and fl oral aromas.
