  (Paul Jaboulet Hermitage "La Chapelle") Leather, barnyard, black olive, hay, black cherries, red fruits, black berries, earth, shitake mushrooms, exotic spice, minerals. Super-complex nose that just screams La Chapelle. Multi-dimensional. Fat, ripe, silky and voluminous palate. Takes over your mouth with its wealth of fruit and flavor. Balanced perfectly with gorgeous delineation and a long velvety finish. What a wine!
