  (Dehlinger Estate Chardonnay) #2; COLOR-medium golden; slightly cloudy; NOSE-very oaked; burnt wood; butter & caramel action; quite smoky; TASTE-good richness; great complexity; I like the upfront apple fruit; coated w/ butter, oak & Crème Fraiche; my mouth is salivating; nice dried apricots in the transition from the mid-palate to the finish; gorgeous peach action on the finish; good sharp finish; good balance; well made; hint of Quince on the back-end; buttered, but not over-the-top; RP-93; GV-91
