  (BROCARD Chablis LES CLOS) Les Clos #2 Dear Friends, The Chablis Les Clos offer last week spurred a myriad of 2007 Les Clos requests but most of the material made from the vineyard in 2007 has already sold through or been allocated - there's just not a lot of wine to begin with. I've been trying to gain access to a parcel of this wine for a few months and I finally have one directly from the source. Please keep in mind the rarity of the vineyard but, with that in mind, Brocard's Les Clos may be the single finest value in top-tier Grand Cru white Burgundy in the 2007 vintage - enough said. If you are into the finest tactile and nervous examples that cut through the chaff with a stalactite of extract, verve and the mysterious yin-yang of masculine/feminine, this is your wine: This wine has become one of the most difficult to find in 2007 Chablis - we cannot get a second parcel. If we run out, you may want to check with Premier Cru to see if they have any left at $55.
