Rockss and Fruit

  (Chateau Lascombes) This had a gorgeous nose of violets, red currants, spicey oak and dark cassis. Lush palate that really surpised me as to how accessible this was. Loads of bright tiny-berried dark fruits with nice minerality and seamless integration. Great finesse. Long finish. I had this out of a .375 so that maybe is why it is a touch advanced. Beautiful wine.
