Krug’s tête de cuvée, like the wines of Bollinger, is first barrel-fermented in neutral oak.   (NV Krug) New label which is kind of boring and even ugly. Old label was really classy. Don't know what they were thinking. If it ain't broke don't fix it. The wine was gorgeous. Just gets better every time I have it. Easily one of the most conisistent wineries in the world. Massive concentration allied with a seamlessness and utterly mindlowing complexity.
