  (Vietti Barbera d'Alba Scarrone) #2; COLOR-dark; NOSE-a little tight; very dark nose; some red Twizzler action; pretty -- starting to open up quite nicely as I swirl; PALATE-quite aggressive; very fresh and vibrant; I do appreciate some of the dark features of this wine, but this wine is young and showing quite tight right now; has some potential under it's tannic structure; but I see this more as just solid rather than exciting; I'm a hair disappointed, although this wine has power, structure and is a very good wine; AG-93; GV-90
