(NV Jean Milan Brut "Spécial" Brut) ($58.00) This is half/half ‘06/’07, all Oger (as are all the wines) and very dry. I imagine a new cuvée introducing the ’08 will be along soon. The wine is “cool,” oystery and ore-like, with an intense chalky finish. Give this 2/11 disgorgement until the mid-Summer to find its way back.
