  (NV Pehu-Simonet Blanc de Noir Brut) ($77.00) All Verzenay, and all ’07. Disgorged 11/10, made in large casks; there’s a tic of reduction to start but behind it is a belly-rich PN, round again but not remotely chubby; long, clinging vinous finish; both impressive and easy to like.
