Quickly gaining critical acclaim in Virginia, Petit Manseng makes distinctive dry white wines and, due to its loosely packed clusters, is also well-suited to survive late into the growing season to make fine off-dry and dessert wines.

Dry Petit Manseng is both rich and acidic, allowing it to pair with everything from salads, to seafood with buttery sauces, to spicy Thai dishes. In its sweeter incarnation, it can create a synergy with fresh summer fruits and desserts like tarts and cobblers.

Petit Manseng is a hybrid grape from France and, unlike many white grapes, it is full-bodied, creamy and full of texture. Flavors of stone fruit and citrus come through on the palate.
