Domaine La Tour Boisée is located in the South of France(Languedoc), 25km East of Carcassonne in the heart of the Minervois Wine Appellation. Today, the estate is made up of 200 acres of vineyards and over 2500 olive trees, some of which date back to the 17th century.

All grapes are destemmed and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine is powerful with wonderful aromas of black fruits buoyed by notes of cocoa and spice.
