Taste: Lot 283 features a voluminous nose of black and blue fruit, cherry liqueur and cappuccino oak notes. The palate is expansive yet elegant featuring the signature vibrant fruit of the 2009 vintage, hints of black licorice, espresso and a solid core of tannins that stretch the wine out tremendously.

Cameron Confidential: Lot 283 is another quintessential Napa Cabernet from the terrific 2009 vintage. The wine comes to us from a relatively new winery with a lot of money behind it and plans to grow. The facilities are brand new in the last decade and the vineyards are all top notch, boasting properties in Oakville and St. Helena. Another wine in need of decant so give it an hour as well and cellar over the next decade no problem. ANOTHER TREMENDOUS VALUE! (compare at $50-70 for wines form these same vineyards).
